This policy applies to Free In-Store Pickup, waybill delivery, and all delivery services offered by Imoayi.com.

Where applicable, tracking information, waybill details, delivery updates, and order-related communications may be sent through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any other contact information provided by the customer.
Unclaimed Shipments
- Orders selected for pickup and not collected within thirty (30) days may be treated as abandoned.
- Shipments held by transport companies may attract storage, demurrage, handling, or administrative charges as determined by the carrier.
- Any additional charges imposed by the carrier after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Carrier Selection
Imoayi.com reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping, courier, transport, or logistics provider for any order.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics companies, transport disruptions, weather conditions, strikes, accidents, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
